Job summary

Autism Care Partners in Massachusetts is seeking a Full-Time Behavior Technician to support children with autism at our center. You will work one-on-one, implement ABA-based plans, collect data, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive team environment. No prior child care experience?

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior criminal history.
• Ability to utilize technology.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children at our center.
• Implement ABA-based plans to teach communication and social skills.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable behavior.
• Complete session documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
