Job summary

A leading provider of autism services is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to make a difference in children’s lives. This role involves working one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. Candidates should be compassionate, patient, and qualified to assist children in developing essential skills. Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children in reducing interfering behaviors and promoting independence.
• Collaborate with a team to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to empower each child’s development.
