Job summary
A healthcare organization in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Qualifications
Must be 18+ years of age.
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under guidance of a BCBA.
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
Support children in reducing interfering behaviors and promoting independence.
Collaborate with a team to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
