Job summary

A healthcare organization in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under guidance of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Support children in reducing interfering behaviors and promoting independence.
• Collaborate with a team to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
