Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support LLC in Long Beach, CA is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering one-on-one therapy in home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Behavior Technician (BT) for ASD to join our team at Pivotal Parenting Support LLC. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)


• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior


• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
