Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking motivated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children and adolescents with autism under BCBA supervision. We offer clinic-based, play-focused sessions and assist you through the RBT certification process.

Starting compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment. Fort Worth, TX-based positions include comprehensive benefits and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to obtain RBT Certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting.
• Ability to communicate professionally with families and clinical management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, play-based ABA therapy in a clinic-based environment.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed by the BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide behavioral support during speech or occupational therapy sessions.
