Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with neurodevelopmental differences. A 3‑week orientation with hands-on training is provided, with opportunities to advance to BCBA roles and other paths within Cortica.

The role offers flexible part-time schedules and a straightforward pay structure in an inclusive, growth‑oriented environment. Travel between client sites is required within a 30–40 minute radius.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (autism is a plus).
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree as stated.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40‑minute radius.
• Tech‑savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols, including de-escalation and reporting.
