Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings. You will implement treatment plans created by BCBAs and help clients develop communication, social, and adaptive skills, while recording progress and customizing learning environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in related role or college coursework in psychology/education.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support.

• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Support positive behavior development.
• Record session data and client progress.
