Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences. You will provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, applying evidence-based ABA strategies and collaborating with BCBA supervisors to promote meaningful progress.

The role offers flexible, part-time schedules with options for 2-, 3-, or 5-day weeks, paid training, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA roles, all while gaining

Qualifications

Experience working with children.
High School or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree.
Ability to travel to client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
Follow Cortica crisis protocols and reporting guidelines.
