Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in Burlington, NC hosts a one-day, in-person hiring event for BT/RBT positions at the Burlington Clinic. The event runs 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST) and offers walk-in interviews or scheduled times with the Burlington team.

During the event you will meet the clinic team, learn about the role and our multidisciplinary ABA services, and discuss development opportunities. A high school diploma and RBT training pathway are noted, with background checks required.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete the 40-hour RBT Training and obtain Certification.
• Ability to work effectively with children.
• Pass a Background Check before employment.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel.
• Flexible and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Follows behavior and skill acquisition plan written by BCBA
• Collects all relevant data inside the session
• Completes session documentation
• Able to manage disruptive behavior within guidelines set by behavior intervention plan
• Collaborates with family and treatment team
• Communicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBA
• May be required to provide services in more than one clinic
