We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician to work with our team in Andover, MA. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes and communities. Completion of a Behavior Technician Certification (BT/CB) program or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
Strong understanding of ABA principles and theories, including applied behavior analysis and behavioral intervention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Competitive hourly rate: $22 - $28 HOURLY
