Job summary

ABA360 is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will work under our clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, recording data accurately and supporting families throughout treatment.

No prior experience is required, and a 6-month commitment is expected. This is an entry-level opportunity with BK Academy training and opportunities for growth in the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• No prior experience required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
