ABA360 is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes or community settings. This entry-level role starts part-time and offers training through BK Academy to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician.

No prior experience is required, and you can grow via the BK Academy program, with opportunities for advancement in a thriving ABA field. After-school hours and weekend availability make it accessible for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6-month commitment required.
• No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
