Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, implementing evidence-based interventions in clients' homes or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data on electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment outcomes.
