Job summary

Headrise ABA in North Bergen, NJ is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to help a young child develop essential daily living and communication skills through in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy.

You will track progress with data collection and work closely with families to ensure consistency of treatment, while receiving support from experienced BCBAs. The position is part-time, with evening hours and a strong focus on hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Psychology (plus) is a bonus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.

Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule

• Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 2 year old boy
• Location: North Bergen, New Jersey
• Job Type: Part time
• Schedule: Monday- Thursday 4:00PM- 7:00PM
• Salary: $18 - $25 per hour

Behavior Technician Key Responsibilities:
