Job Description

• Provide high-quality ABA services to children ages 2-21 in center and in-home environments, working on communication, social behavior, self-care, and more, under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with assessments, data collection, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Participate in training, meetings, and daily center routines.
• Travel to client homes and communities as needed; toilet training and diaper changing may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ years old
• Bachelor's degree or enrollment in related fields preferred
• Interest in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and learning ABA principles
• Effective communication skills and proficiency with web-based applications on iPad
