Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, guided by BCBAs. You will implement treatment plans and help build communication and daily living skills, recording progress along the way.

The role offers flexible morning, afternoon, and evening schedules, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing BCBA support for professional growth.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field.
• Or at least one year of experience as a: Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Child Development Professional, Camp Counselor, or similar child-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Support positive behavior development
• Record session data and client progress
• Create engaging and structured learning environments

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligiblePaid training and ongoing support provided
