At Autism Learning Partners and CLC, we provide evidence-based, family-oriented autism therapies, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy for children, infants, and families. With three clinics in Orange County, CA, we are committed to empowering our clients and their families.

Position Overview

Compensation: $22-$27.60 /hr

Job Type: Part-Time

Work Hours

• This is an in-home role requiring daily local travel within North Orange County (Tustin, Fullerton, La Habra, Placentia, and nearby cities).
• Weekdays: 4-5 days including Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 8pm; Saturdays optional.
• Flexible evening hours with additional earning potential.

Bonus: Spanish or Vietnamese speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr.

What You’ll Do

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills
• Engage actively with children during sessions
• Record session data and track progress
• Ensure safety and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, with college coursework or enrollment
• 6+ months experience with children (ABA experience a plus)
• Smartphone or similar device for data collection
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, insurance
• Ability to engage active children professionally
• Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, TB, physical, and immunizations
