Job summary
Dominion Care is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism or similar disabilities, in home or clinic settings. You will implement daily therapeutic activities, follow individualized plans, and work under supervision to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications
- Eligibility to pass the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam.
- Reliable transportation and a reliable personal cell phone for communication.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance.
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, or HS diploma or GED.
Responsibilities
- Implement daily therapeutic activities under the direct supervision of a Behavior Analyst.
- Implement Individualized Service Plans with clients and families.
- Pass and obtain the RBT certification.
- Document behavioral data, daily notes, and weekly billing records accurately and on time.
- Provide transportation of the client as needed for natural environment sessions.
