• Additional $2.00/hour for weekends and holidays (premium pay)

Responsibilities:

• Teach children through play, following individualized treatment plans
• Observe, play, collect data, and write progress notes
• Help children develop motor, social, emotional, and communication skills
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
• Make a positive impact on children's lives

Desired Skills and Qualities:

• Prior experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred
• Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Ability to frequently get up and down from the floor and move quickly
• Comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
• Willing to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality care
• Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
