• Additional $2.00 /hour (premium pay) for weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Teach children through play, following individualized treatment plans
• Observe, play, and collect data for progress notes
• Help children develop motor, social, emotional, and other essential skills
• Work on goals to transform challenging behaviors into communication skills
• Make a positive impact on a child's life

Desired Skills and Qualities:

• Prior paid experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA)
• Energetic, playful, creative, quick thinker
• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to move easily on and off the floor and move quickly
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365
• Willingness to learn, work independently, and provide quality care
• Interest in evidence-based, scientifically supported methods
