Balance Autism in Clive, IA is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with autism through data-driven therapy. You’ll work on direct client interaction, develop and execute treatment plans, and track progress while collaborating with a supportive team.

We offer a $18.75/hour base pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, and benefits including 403(b) with employer match, medical/dental/vision, disability coverage, generous PTO, and access to a large discount network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ability to obtain RBT Certification within 6 weeks of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (for most positions).
• Pass pre-employment motor vehicle report and criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children

• Monitor personalized programs
• Collect and track data and document the results
• Work closely with a team and report regularly to your supervisor
