Balance Autism in Clive, IA is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with autism through data-driven therapy. You’ll work on direct client interaction, develop and execute treatment plans, and track progress while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ability to obtain RBT Certification within 6 weeks of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (for most positions).

Requirements:

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee will engage in bending, squatting, and kneeling quite frequently when working with small children. The employee may be working with children who may have extreme behavioral challenges including aggression or self-injury. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
