Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist to deliver in-home ABA therapy in Clayton, NC. You will implement individualized behavioral plans directly in the home, under BCBA supervision, and collaborate with the supervisory team.

Flexibility for weekday and weekend sessions is required. The position requires at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or current progress toward relevant education, and a valid RBT certification.

• BA in related field or undergraduate in progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.

• Maintain weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect and document therapy session data.

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

Setting: Home

Schedule: Monday to Friday 4pm to 7pm. Saturdays 9am to 1pm.
