Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children and teens with autism, primarily in clients' homes in Maryland and occasional center sessions. Earn $22.00-$29.00/hour with daily pay access; Spanish fluency adds $0.50/hour.

No initial certification required, with paid training and potential RBT certification. Requires 6+ months of experience with kids, high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background and health checks.

No certification required! Just 6+ months of paid or volunteer experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.).

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours)

• Hours:Availability required all weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.

• Work Setting— you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs

• Daily pay accessavailable so you can get paid as you earn

• Compensation: $22.00-$29.00/hr

Note: Spanish fluency is required. Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr.

• We'll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - earn an additional $0.50 an hour upon completion.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed

• 6+ monthsof experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)

• Reliablecar, driver’s license, and insurance

• Willingness to pass background and health checks

• Successful completion of mandatory training which includes: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps. You will also need to pass an exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
