Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is hiring for a part-time to full-time role focused on delivering in-home autism support services to children and teens. Training to become a certified Behavior Technician is provided, with daily pay options and a competitive hourly wage.

Work involves sessions in clients' homes and some activities at local centers, with 4–5 weekdays availability. The company values growth, training, and a supportive team environment that helps families see real progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently

Responsibilities

• Help Kids Learn Through Play: Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions — often through fun games or activities
• Be a Positive Role Model: Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day
• Stay Active: You’ll be moving around, playing and engaging throughout your sessions
• Keep Things Organized: Track what you worked on and how your kiddo did (we’ll train you on this too)
• Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours) & Full-Time


• Hours: Availability required 4-5 weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm OR All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.


• Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs


• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn


• Compensation: $20-$25/hr

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)


• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)


• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance


• Willingness to pass background and health checks


• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently


• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
