Autism Behavioral Center in Worcester, MA seeks energetic ABA Behavior Technicians to support individuals with ASD through 1:1 in-home and center-based sessions. You will implement behavior plans under supervision and collect data daily.

Part-time (under 24 hours) and full-time (24-30 hours) positions are available; pay ranges from $18.00 to $26.50 per hour, with paid training, benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.

What you'll do.

Qualifications/skills to have.

Energetic individuals passionate about working with those impacted by ASD, organized and able to follow behavior plans, responsible and timely, desires a fun work environment with room to grow, experience working with individuals with ASD preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.

Part Time (Under 24 hours) & Full Time (24-30 hours) positions available. Sessions are after school during the school year and Saturdays. Early Childhood sessions may be during the day as well.
