Autism Behavioral Center is expanding its ABA Behavior Technician team to provide 1:1 in-home and center-based therapy for individuals with autism. The role involves implementing behavior plans for 1–2 individuals and collecting data daily to track progress, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time shifts.
Ideal candidates are energetic, organized, and able to work with families, with a background in ASD preferred but not required.

As an ABA Behavior Technician you will work with 1-2 individuals with ASD (at different times) 1:1 in their home (and at our center), implement a behavior plan as instructed by your direct supervisor, and daily data collection.
Energetic individuals passionate about working with those impacted by ASD, organized and able to follow behavior plans, responsible and timely, desires a fun work environment with room to grow, experience working with individuals with ASD preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
Part Time (Under 24 hours) & Full Schedule (24-30 hours) positions available. Sessions are after school during the school year and Saturdays. Early Childhood sessions may be during the day as well.
