Job summary

A dedicated therapy service provider in Massachusetts is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians for part-time and full-time positions. You will work 1:1 with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to implement behavior plans and collect data. Ideal candidates are passionate about supporting individuals with ASD and possess strong organizational skills. Qualifications

Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an ABA Behavior Technician you will work with 1–2 individuals with ASD (at different times) 1:1 in their home (and at our center), implement a behavior plan as instructed by your direct supervisor, and collect daily data.

Qualifications & Skills

Energetic individuals passionate about working with those impacted by ASD, organized and able to follow behavior plans, responsible and timely, who desire a fun work environment with room to grow. Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.

Part‑time (under 24 hours) & full‑time (24–30 hours) positions available. Sessions are after school during the school year and Saturdays. Early Childhood sessions may be during the day as well.

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

Pay: $18.00
