Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Smyrna, TN is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our center-based team. You will provide 1-on-1, in-session support under BCBA supervision, helping children on the autism spectrum achieve meaningful goals.

This role offers paid training, flexible hours, and opportunities for career growth. You will build strong relationships with families, collect data, and collaborate with a skilled treatment team to deliver high-quality ABA services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience with individuals with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one implementation of BCBA-designed behavior plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Assist BCBA by training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to client and family needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities and move with children as needed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by BCBA/LBA.
