Thrive Autism Services is a specialty agency for children with autism spectrum disorder, offering both in‑clinic and in‑home services. We serve clients with behavioral, cognitive, developmental needs from 18 months into adulthood, providing ABA therapy centered around each client’s voice and experience. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide services to children with a range of cognitive, behavioral, and developmental disorders. You will work directly with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver and implement behavioral intervention and skill acquisition programming, collect data, manage problem behaviors, and receive training in all areas of direct service delivery. Your instructional role will focus on social, adaptive, functional communication, emotional and behavioral regulation, and independent self‑care skills.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required), bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Certifications: RBT certification (preferred).
Experience: 6‑12 months working in ABA therapy.
Standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. May be required to lift up to 40 pounds.
Must possess or obtain a valid Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP fingerprint clearance card.
If you are not yet an RBT but have relevant experience, Thrive can help you obtain certification. The training includes 40‑50 hours of Thrive‑provided coursework, trainer check‑ins, and the expectation that you sit for the RBT test and obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
