Thrive Autism Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Central Gilbert, AZ.
We provide clinic-based and in-home ABA services for children, adolescents, and some adults with autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA at Thrive Autism Services, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and provide ongoing clinical evaluation with data‑driven program adjustments. You will supervise and coach RBTs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers (including SLPs, OTs, and schools), and lead parent training to support meaningful skill development across environments. In this role, you will use clinical expertise and data analysis to guide treatment decisions while ensuring high‑quality, ethical, and client‑centered ABA services.
