Total Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Stafford, Virginia. The role includes delivering one-on-one ABA therapy with children, following BCBA-created plans, and helping kids build communication and daily living skills.

We offer paid training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for professional growth. Travel to client sites is part of the position, with support and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in-home and in-school settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record client progress data.
• Encourage positive behaviors through evidence-based interventions.
• Partner with families and clinical team members to support each child's success.
• Travel locally to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Help children achieve meaningful goals and celebrate every milestone.

What we expect from you:

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
