BlueSprig is seeking an enthusiastic Behavioral Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based or home-based settings. You will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, working one-on-one or in small groups while collecting data and documenting progress.

The role offers paid training and RBT certification, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with a passion for helping children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• No ABA experience required; paid training and certification provided.

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• $18.50–$21.00/hour for billable RBT hours, based on experience with our top range being 21.00 for Lead RBT+ 2.00 in tenure at max

• 15.00/hour for billable client hours after BT training and before RBT certification

• 14.00/hour for non-billable training and administrative time

• 200 bonus on your first paycheck if you have an active RBT certification at hire

• Fully paid training and company-paid RBT certification — no experience required!

Schedule & Position Details

• Position: Full-Time

• Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Optional Saturdays twice per month, based on client needs

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling and are not guaranteed

• Centralized scheduling helps maximize hours and provide consistency through multiple client opportunities

• Immediate openings available, pending onboarding and successful background check

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor

• Passion for helping children and families

• Strong communicationand teamwork skills

• If applying to a Florida location, you must obtain a Florida driver’s license before completing training

• If applying to a Florida location , Florida Medicaid fingerprinting is required
