Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, and community settings across Suffolk, VA. You will work under a BCBA, collect data, and help families support progress.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification (we'll help guide you through the process).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations, if applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or newly certified, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team focused on your success.

What You\'ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, school, and/or community settings, depending on assignment.
