Magnet ABA Therapy in Colorado offers in-person Behavior Technician roles delivering individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data on client progress, implement behavior support plans, and provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to help clients develop social, communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
