Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Missouri is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under a BCBA's supervision. You will provide one-on-one therapy, collect data on progress, and help develop behavior support plans, while teaching social, communication, and daily living skills.

Applicants should have patience, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with families and the BCBA. Training will be provided, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities
