Magnet ABA Therapy in Reno, NV seeks dedicated Behavior Technician candidates to provide in-person ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement intervention plans, and support clients in developing communication and daily living skills.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within a collaborative team environment. The role emphasizes compassionate, detail-driven care with a focus on client progress, family engagement, and adherence to ethical ABA

Qualifications

• Experience as Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
