Magnet ABA Therapy in Millington, TN seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to work in person under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized ABA programs, collect progress data, and support the development of behavior plans.

This role emphasizes teaching social, communication, and daily living skills, collaborating with a BCBA to adjust plans, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience as Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
