Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy in Martin, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-person ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized programs and collect data on client progress, while building strong, supportive relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities include developing and applying behavior support plans, teaching social and daily living skills, and collaborating with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
