Magnet ABA Therapy in Fernley, NV, is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized intervention programs and collect data to monitor client progress.

You will work with clients to teach social, communication, and daily living skills, collaborating with the BCBA to adjust plans as needed. Training is provided, and opportunities for career advancement exist within ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required, training provided.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.
• Ability to implement ABA strategies under supervision.
