Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs in person under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide one-to-one therapy, collect data, and help implement behavior plans to improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the BCBA, teaching social, communication, and daily living skills, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and families. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
