Magnet ABA Therapy in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy, collect data, and help implement behavior support plans to improve client outcomes.

This role emphasizes teaching social, communication, and daily living skills, collaboration with the BCBA, and maintaining a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
