Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking dedicated staff to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in person. You will implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support development of behavior plans.

The role emphasizes teaching social and daily living skills while collaborating with the BCBA to adjust treatments. Preferred candidates may have prior ABA or autism support experience; training is provided.

Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
