Magnet ABA Therapy in Atoka, Tennessee is seeking an enthusiastic Behavior Technician to support individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will provide one-on-one therapy, help teach social, communication, and daily living skills, and collect data on progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the BCBA, data accuracy, and maintaining a compassionate, professional relationship with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Ability to collect and record client data accurately.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families
