Job description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA therapist in Manhattan to join our team at KidzThrive ABA. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD.

Behavior Technician Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
  • Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect data to measure progress
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
Behavior Technician Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
  • Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • After school
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Weekends as needed
  • Weekends only
