Join our team at Kidz Thrive ABA as a Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) in Manhattan, NY. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA therapist to make a positive impact on individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions using ABA techniques
  • Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect data to measure progress
  • Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans
  • Maintain effective communication with families, supervisors, and team members
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible availability, including full-time or part-time schedules
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality
