Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavioral Therapists to provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare, and center-based settings. You will deliver ABA therapy services, create engaging learning experiences, and draft reports to relay progress to senior health professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field (or related ABA experience) is preferred.
• Experience with ABA and/or working with young children is beneficial.

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

• Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
