Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking enthusiastic ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism aged 2-9 in home, daycare and center-based settings. You will provide ABA therapy, monitor progress, and prepare reports for senior health professionals.

We value empathy, patience, and creativity. A driver's license and transportation are required; training is provided, including supervision from BCBAs, with opportunities for growth through paid training and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.
• Related ABA experience with children is a plus.

As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Physical Requirements:

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
