Job summary

Children Making Strides is seeking an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children aged 2-9 in Marietta, GA, and possibly in our clinic. You will create engaging, play-based learning experiences and draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

Ideal candidates bring empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children shine, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Training, supervision by BCBAs, and tuition reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.
• Experience with ABA and/or young children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children in homes or clinic settings and draft reports for senior health professionals.
• Help children build communication and socialization skills.
• Collaborate with team to create effective, engaging learning experiences.
• Foster a supportive and caring environment for children and families.

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.

Physical Requirements

• Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
• Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
• Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
• Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
