Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on building communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors in clinic-based settings.

The incumbent will collect data, document progress, and collaborate with families and the treatment team. RBT training is provided; certification within 3 months is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to complete RBT training and obtain certification within 3 months.
• Ability to work effectively with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior and skill acquisition plans developed by a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect session data and complete documentation.
• Manage challenging behaviors per treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and treatment team.
• Communicate session updates to the BCBA.
• May work in more than one clinic location.

Position Overview

Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clinic-based settings. Services are delivered under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and focus on building communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM- 1:30 PM

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Clinic-based role with potential travel between clinics
• Requires standing, movement, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
